CNBC.com: Mathis Named Director of Relationship Management For Calvert Investments

CNBC.com reported on Nov. 5 that Amy Mathis joined the Calvert Investments sales team as the Director of Relationship Management. Mathis will be responsible for overseeing the team of individuals who manage Calvert’s distribution partnerships, which includes retirement and insurance platforms, broker-dealers, and a 529 college savings plan.

“Ms. Mathis will be a valuable addition to our Sales team,” said Lynne Ford, Executive Vice President, Calvert Investment Distributors, Inc. “She has a depth of experience developing and negotiating creative partnerships that provide a win-win for the asset manager, the distributor and the financial professional on the ground.” Ms. Mathis has over 19 years of experience in financial services. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Head of Client Relations Group, at Advisors Asset Management, Inc., where she managed a team of account managers for several channels of distribution and investment solution product lines. Prior to that, she was with Lincoln Financial Distributors, Inc. and was responsible for the Bank and Independent Planner Channel relationships and business development for their insurance and asset management products. Ms. Mathis also spent many years at Evergreen Investments (now Wells Fargo Advantage Funds) in various roles including Regional Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager for the Relationship Management team.

Ms. Mathis completed the Securities Industry Institute Executive Program at the Wharton School of Business from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently in the accelerated business program at Arcadia University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 10, 26, 63 and 65 licenses, and is a licensed Life and Health Agent in Pennsylvania. She is also a current board member and serves on the Finance Committee for the non-profit agency Pathways PA of Philadelphia, PA.
