Mary Theresa Taglang has joined the School of Global Business as Director of Graduate Programs, a role that administers the MBA with a Global Perspective and international MBA programs.
Prior to joining Arcadia University, Taglang was the Director of Human Resources at Allentown School District and the Associate Dean of Admissions and Strategic Outreach at Lehigh Carbon Community College. Taglang also served as Director of Graduate Programs and Director of Recruitment and Admission at Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics. As Director of Graduate Programs at Lehigh University, she refined MBA admissions and retention strategy leading to ranked status for Lehigh University in Business Week’s inaugural part-time MBA rankings.

Taglang earned an M.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Scranton and a B.A. in English from DeSales University.
