Women’s Lacrosse Has Home-field Advantage
The Arcadia University Knights (13-4) are hosting the Wilkes University Colonels (10-3) in the MAC Freedom Women’s Lacrosse Semifinals on Tuesday, April 30, at 4 p.m. on Easton Field. This is the Knights’ first postseason appearance since 1999. Arcadia has gone 13-1 since starting the season 0-3 and is 9-1 on Easton Field this season. The winner of the game will play either Fairleigh Dickinson University at Florham or Manhattanville College on Saturday, April 4, for the MAC Freedom Championship. Ticket info.
Register for Fan Bus to See Baseball
The baseball team heads to the 2013 MAC Commonwealth Baseball Tournament this week at Owls Field in West Lawn, Pa. The Knights will enter the tournament as the third seed and will take on second seeded Stevenson on Thursday, April 25, at 7:30 p.m. Arcadia will be providing a fan bus for students who wish to attend the game on Thursday night. Men’s Tennis Takes on Top Seed
The men’s tennis team (7-7) is heading to Wilkes University (13-3) on Tuesday, April 30, for the MAC Freedom Men’s Tennis semifinals. This is first time since the 2008-09 season that the Knights have reached the postseason. Arcadia enters the tournament as the fourth seed, while Wilkes is the top seed. The winner of the match will head to the MAC Freedom Championship Match on Saturday, April 4, and will take on either King College’s or Fairleigh Dickinson University at Florham.
