Arcadia University’s School of Continuing Studies is offering six students a unique opportunity to observe the inner workings of international business with the Greater Philadelphia’s International Trade Representative on Thursday, May 9. The event, which runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the School’s King of Prussia location, will allow students to meet one-on-one with representatives from WTCGP member companies in Southeastern Pennsylvania, and with six of Pennsylvania’s Overseas Trade Reps from Brazil, China, Germany, Japan, Korea and the United Kingdom.
Opportunities for this real-world experience of how international commerce relationships are established are on a first come basis. Global Business students are strongly encouraged to inquire about participating.
Each one-on-one session will be assigned a classroom to meet with the client countries for 45 minutes. There will be approximately 48 meetings throughout the day.
