The Arcadia University Running Injury Clinic will host the 2nd Annual Current Topics in Running, a free community educational event on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, from 7 to 8:15 p.m. This educational and interactive presentation is designed for runners of all ages and abilities followed by a question and answer session. The event has two themes: “How to Pain-Proof Your Run” and “Intensity Distribution: How often should you train easy and how often should you train hard?”
